Named for the sun-warmed village of Rosolini in southeastern Sicily, our kitchen is built on slow food — pasta rolled by hand each morning, dough given time to rise, sauces left to simmer.
Nothing here is rushed. We hand-pick ripe tomatoes, age our Parmigiano, and cook the way our grandmothers did — because real Italian food is made with patience and served with love.
